Beja Hostel is a historic place, which aims to study and conserve our heritage. Here you can sleep in a unique place, and with your reservation help to study and conserve a piece of European heritage. The money from your reserve will be used to conserve and promote the heritage. Located in the historic center of Beja, just 750 meters from the castle and its keep, Beja Hostel offers comfortable rooms and the opportunity to sleep over an archaeological find. Each room has access to a private bathroom and all have air conditioning. On the ground floor there is a profound work that is putting into view traces of the Roman and Islamic occupation of this region of the Iberian Peninsula. Customers can visit the work, see the structures and the progress of the works. Due to the in-depth study of the structures that are being found, this work will continue over time. Thus, guests can follow the development of archaeological findings and, if they wish and with prior appointment, participate in the work in progress.
