About
The Mezzanine promises to transform Guimarães. Inserted in the historical center of the city of Guimarães, the Mezzanine arises from the restoration of a building in which the intervention sought to maintain its original design located in the new Largo de Donães, the square that has now gained a new life. The architectural project and decoration was developed by the architects Maria João Carneiro and Diana Santos Silva, who pursued to create something new and different from what exists in the neighboring streets of their birthplace. The idea was to create a more intimate environment, refined and directed to a higher age group, the one that predominates in this area of the city.
