Gracinda has been a cook for 10 years, she worked as a cook at the former Taberna Rocha Pereira. From 2014 until September 2020 she was the owner and head chef of this same restaurant. From the end of 2020, it changed location, changed the name but maintained the tradition, maintained the quality and excellence in the preparation of traditional dishes, dishes that are the specialty of Taberna da Gracinda.
