The typical Restaurant D. Roberto exists in Gimonde since 1935. The regional sausages and smoked Ham are a feature of this unique menus practiced by the family D. Roberto. Housed in a typical house "transmontana", any decor revolves around the theme of the hunting, sausages and ancient artefacts from the region. With the changing times has been successively renovated and adjusted, presenting today a configuration that allows it to be a reference in the region and one of the few local certificated restaurants. It has four distinct spaces. Two rooms, typical tavern, where you can nibble and sip various local delicacies and a shop selling regional products. Highlight of the menu are the fabulous products produced by Bisaro | Traditional Salsicharia.
