Located in the beautiful mountains of Serra da Lousã, 40 Km from the historical city of Coimbra, Cerdeira is the perfect charming shale village for your next holiday escape. It emerged from the love and care of two families who decided to rebuild the traditional houses, keeping the village's authenticity and uniqueness. The main concept combines sustainability and art by offering a wide range of creative experiences while keeping its focus on sustainable tourism. Cerdeira provides accommodation for families, small groups and couples. We also welcome artists and creative individuals to experience our "creative tourism" concept. All the self-catering homes are independent and beautifully decorated with artworks from local and international artists. The kitchens are fully equipped and there is a private bathroom with shower on every house. Electric heating and a traditional wood-burning stove help guests stay warm and cosy during the winter.
