SUSHI P`RA IT! Is to face the Sushiman David Neto. Formed in the school of Everything About Sushi, began as a child to acquire a taste for cooking. Not only was influenced by his grandmother, professional chef all his life, but also by his mother, an excellent `` family cozinheira'' and who taught him that the food should always have a good touch of flavor and presentation. Your great-grandmother was also one of his influences the artistic level, through paintings and photographs. The passion for sushi began a few years. All the flavors of vinegared rice, fish, vegetables, fruits, seeds, ginger, wasabi and soy sauce, did arouse interest in this type of Japanese food and immediately came the desire to learn how to do this art. After several studies began to venture out at home, among their friends, which had the highest acceptance and encouragement to continue on this path. The course MASTER SUSHI Cook & Manage, school Everything About Sushi, held in Porto, was the start of a deeper learning in the area, which ended with a winning note, as after an accomplished stage in a specialty restaurant in Coimbra . The brand Sushi p'ra you! Came soon after and gave themselves known through themed events at some restaurants. In June 2014 we decided to open our space to put into practice all our ideas and be able to develop them over time! Always with fresh products of the day, our sushi is made to order, with greater dedication and love, as if it had to be done for us, always respecting this cooking!
