We will start by explaining the history of our olive trees planted by my grandfather 70 years ago, and we will describe how we produce Amor e Cego (Love is Blind) olive oil, from a traditional, non-irrigated, olive grove of galega variety, conducted in organic production. Then, we will conduct an olive oil tasting near an olive tree with 2000 years, associated to regional products. By appointment.
