Miguel Ângelo's The Creation of Adão occupies the whole of one of the walls of the establishment located on level zero of the Eva Sense Hotel, in Faro. Adão has around 40 seats, and despite the glamour of the whole establishment, the ex-libris is still the terrace situated right above the Marina where the view and atmosphere promise to please anyone. In Adão "Poké Bar" you will find fresh fish and the best ingredients of the region because we work in collaboration with the fishermen as well as local farmers. Here, fish is treated with detail and the main star of the menus are the Pokés, "a kind of deconstructed sushi" Hawaiian cuisine style, where we can find in a bowl with specially prepared rice, fruit, vegetables and typical Asian seeds. Everything in Adão breathes health, from the food to the natural juices and cocktails. Adão is open every day from 12 to 23h. "Perfect Meeting
