We make the pizzas with great quality and love, we use high quality flour, own production of dough, carefully selecting all the ingredients for your favourite pizza. The dough is opened in air, according to the classical Italian technique "Handmade". This process is called "freestyle with dough". All pizzerias in Maxi Group have the same equipment and the pizzas are made by the traditional recipe. Our dough is made by specialized members of our team every morning and is never saved for more than a day. Our pizzas are only made after we receive the order, ie they are made on time.The ingredients are purchased regularly, not subjecting them to long term storage or freezing.The quality of all products is our main goal.
