We, the founders and artisans of the family company Lillie Ceramics invite you to visit our all-in-one work studio and shop, where we make ceramics inspired by Madeira Island. Our pottery is in Funchal, the largest city in Madeira, in the historic building of Armazem do Mercado. A few steps behind the well-known Farmer´s Market (Mercado dos Lavradores), our facilities are easily located and well worth a visit while you are strolling through the picturesque narrow streets of Funchal's Old Town (Zona Velha). Lillie Ceramics has the certification seal Product of Madeira since 100 % handmade in Madeira, mainly using the potter´s wheel and painting the island´s well-known scenery. Our production is focused on tableware made from high fired stoneware and all our ceramics can be used in both dish washer and microwave. High quality, timeless ceramics that you will enjoy in your everyday life! A perfect souvenir to bring home, or a gift for someone you care for.
