In Pizzeria Lume we make pizza, basically. And we do it in the Neapolitan style. That means we stricly follow some rules: the pizzas are cooked in a tradicional wooden fired oven, we use fresh and selected ingredients and our dough is made using a natural fermentation. The result is a fine pizza daugh, with a rustic and simple look, but full of flavour.
