Sprouting from our roots and nestled beneath our canopy, our third-floor restaurant is quite literally the heart of our tree house. Serving an all day breakfast, lunch and dedicated chef's menu for dinner. With an exciting but balanced palette, Chef Mauricio Faria’s menu pairs farm-fresh Madeiran ingredients from the market below with a fusion of world flavors. Most of our meals will be fired up on the Josper Robatta right in front of you, a Japanese inspired charcoal grill that encrusts the true flavor of your food within itself while putting on a culinary show. Sitting down at our restaurant you’ll feel like you’re burrowed in our tree trunk — surrounded by warm wood, uneven, clay-painted walls and cool stone surfaces. In another restaurant, such sweeping views of the city and sea might distract from the meal, but here, they add to it. At the end of dinner, you can always visit our rooftop cocktail bar for signature exclusive cocktails or your good old favorite.
