Sesmarias dos Nobres is Managed now by a new Owner and named Antara. "Antara" was created from a desire to provide a dedicated centre for healing and renewal. The retreat is located in the heart of the Portuguese countryside and offers a comfortable and inspiring environment for the nourishment of the body, mind and soul. The centre hosts workshops, retreats and yoga teacher trainings and is located just 1 hour south of Lisbon. “Antara" has something for everyone, from novices to experienced practitioners! We welcome you to come and live the experience here in the heart of this beautiful and peaceful rural idyll.
