Overlooking the gardens, the cuisine is divine featuring local recipes. The chef uses regional products, working with local fisherman and wineries, giving precedence to fresh, organic produce. Some of the highlights are The Razor Clam "Canja", Grilled Black Pork, "Peixe ao Sal" and "Sericaia". The restaurant is complemented by a wonderful bar which features a large deck punctuated with beautiful centenarian Olive trees, overlooking the pool and gardens.
