Mount Pico (Montanha do Pico) is Portugal’s highest volcano and a striking natural landmark on Pico Island in the Azores. Rising to 2,351 m (7,713 ft), the stratovolcano offers hikers a challenging yet rewarding climb that culminates at its summit crater, featuring a 70‑metre high cone and panoramic views over the Atlantic.
