Adega do Luís Restaurante, was created by an immigrante couple in 2004 with great taste for tradition and nature. The house with about 200 years that was passed from generation to generation.The house was restored with every thought in mind and desire to offer our visiters the best service and quality in a tradicionalenvironment and hospitality.Reason that took us to cook our meat and codfish over an open fire.The roasted goat by special order) cooked in wood oven like great- grandma used to make.Wheat bread and corn bread are kneaded by hand and baked in brick oven. The olive oil comes from our olive trees inserted in the Serra de Aire. The vegetables and potatoes are cultivated by us.The dessert recipes are from our ancesters which have detinctive flavors such as tarte de requeijão ( cheese tarte) and pear tarte amongst others.Come and visit our space where you will be received like family, where tradition still is what it was.
