At Boshq, we pay close attention to the best that nature has to offer us. During the year, the seasons tell us what´s best to nourish our body and bring to our menu surprising colors, textures and flavors. We want to take you with us on a jorney around the world, descovering the flavors that enrich local cultures and inspire our local, balanced and flexitarian menu. Semi-vegetarianism for some, flexitarianism to others. This concept is born from “flexible” and “vegetarian”, and promote a healthier eating, focused on vegetables and with a moderate consumption of animal based products.
