Located between the Rana river and the São Julião da Barra Fort, the beach of Carcavelos is one of the best known on the coast of Estoril. It is very popular among Surfers, Bodyboard Windsurfers and Kitesurfers. Its extensive beach stretches for 1.25 km, doing the wonders of bathers promoting walks by the sea. Located close to the Railway Station, this beach has easy pedestrian access directed to citizens with reduced mobility. It also has space for the practice of beach soccer and beach volleyball (partnership with the National Footvoley Federation) In addition to the bar service where you can have a meal, during the bathing season, we provide support infrastructures such as the first aid station, swimmers savior and wc.
