At Eggcellent, EGG is the key ingredient, the king of the place! As omelet, scrambled or tight and cozy inside a wrap. Either way, you can ask the whole egg or just the whites... We like mixing it will all kinds of other ingredients: fish, seafood, cheeses, vegetables, meat... we suggest some combinations but anyone can "take the place of the Chef" and combine the ingredients at will. Green Asparagus and Goat Cheese, Chicken and Mushrooms, Fresh Mozzarella and Cherry Tomato, Smoked Salmon and Herbs... these are just some of our suggestions but there are many more! We are proud of using just the best Free Range Eggs straight from Portugal fields
