Healthy V. is a vegan and vegetarian food restaurant that is entirely dedicated to the #VegetarianComfortFood concept. It is located at Rua da Escola Politécnica nº 87, in Príncipe Real and is open every day of the week, with extended hours. It has two terraces, indoor seating and even the “Healthy V. to go” option for those opting for a take-away. From breakfast to dinner, there are countless possibilities for each meal, including the Gleba bread tartine and the black bean burger, and the menu is fully available throughout the day with nutritious options. For those who can't live without sweets, Healthy V. also serves vegan chocolate tart, banana bread and incredible pancakes with yogurt and fresh fruit. As for the coffee, the restaurant is equipped to allow customers to roast and grind at the moment. The decor is minimalist boho using natural plants and contemporary art.
