icó Original Tapioca since 1960 is a Street Food project of the young Brazilian Chef Edjane Souza. She created an innovative concept of tapioca by combining colors obtained with natural products and the perfect mix of flavours. The brand icó is a tribute to the memory of her grandparents who taught her all about Tapioca, the importance of agriculture and respect and solidarity for those who don´t have resources to buy food.
