A restaurant that is the central station of many regional lines A meeting point for the main Portuguese products, the restaurant Impulso is an ode to authenticity: a menu overflowing with fun dining options to share, the dishes are inspired by the products that faithfully represent the regional tracks that converge at Santa Apolónia Station. Seasonal products and exquisite flavours from all parts of the country have inspired Chef André Silva to create contemporary dishes with regional inputs that harmonise with a list of Portuguese wines from different regions. Approximately 500m2 divided into living room and restaurant with open kitchen resembling a ticket office with windows looking onto the station itself.
