Local Cascais is inside Mercado da Vila, a building that dates to 1952 and that was recently refurbished becoming a place to visit with multiple attractions such as the well known Farmer´s Market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Local Cascais was the first shop opened by Local- Your Healthy Kitchen. Here you will find several healthy food options from vegan, dairy free and wheat free dishes to delicious homemade desserts made without refined sugar . Recently our Poke Bowls made their debut recently with huge success. Try one of our signature Pokes or build your own bowl with your favourite ingredients.
