Passaro do Fogo offers excellent B&B services in the small picturesque fishing village of Trafaria, just 15 km (9 miles) from the centre of Lisbon, 3 km (2 miles) from the nearest golf course and within walking distance of beaches. Passaro is a small totally renovated house. With 2 bedrooms + baths, a lounge with a fully equipped kitchenette. On the enclosed yard are tables and chairs and a barbeque. Pets are also welcome! In Trafaria You will find everything needed on a daily bases. Here is a markethall which is open every day. There are a lot of small cafes,fish shops and butchers and of course restaurants!Their fish dishes are of course delicious! Trafaria is a living, small and safe village, a good place to stay even for families. Nearby in Costa de Caparica are surfing schools, golf courses and ca 25 km long beaches. On the other side of river Tejo(Tagus)is Lisbon. The communications are excellent, there is a ferry to Belem (Lisbon) and buses to both Costa de Caparica as to Lisbon.
