This is a big flat in a traditional building from the decade of Marques de Pombal. The flat has 8 private rooms. Pensao Rosinha Color 1 is huge, full of light with a big door and a balcony. All the guests have access to all the common areas, living room with sound system and wi-fi, full equipped kitchen and 3 bathrooms (3 toilets and 2 showers). A warm welcome, nice conversations, availability to tell all the nice spots, bars, restaurants, parks, museums, a ride to the beach.. This is how we like to interact and we try to do with our guests! Usually, once a week, as we love to cook (specially portuguese and brazilian food), we make group dinners with all the guests, witch is always a great intercultural experience. Starters, main course, dessert, beer, white and red wine, all included for around 20€ per person! And we also provide vegetarian dishes ;) We are in the best possible location: right in the heart of the city, at the crossroads of Bairro Alto, Chiado, Principe Real and Restauradores neighborhoods. Some of the Lisbon's most popular monuments are barely past the Pensao Rosinha doorstep, and others just a ride away on one of the city yellow trams. Pensao Rosinha is a community environment. Meet your neighbours, look after each other, be mindful of each other's possessions. Keep the common areas clean (kitchen, bathroom, living rooms); Don't smoke inside the flat; Don't make noise after 10pm; Hygiene and mutual respect seems very good to have a healthy environment : )
