We have a simple concept: bringing to Lisbon the ancient art of handmade fresh pasta. Everything is handmade according to tradition, with no machinery, just with a traditional wooden rolling pin, the same still used by many Italian grandmothers. We want to guide you through these flavors, without changing traditional recipes, but inventing new dishes with eyes set on the future of Italian cuisine.
