“SAL e BRASAS” is a restaurant specializing in charcoal grilled meats. The meats are scrupulously selected and carefully prepared and cooked in holm oak charcoal grills. Located in Lisbon, Rua das Necessidades, n.º 18-20, between the CUF Hospital and the Palacio das Necessidades, this restaurant opened its doors on the 14th of March 2005; it has a seating capacity of 76 and operates from 12:30h to 15:30h and from 19:30h to 23:30h. It closes on Sundays. On top of the local specialties, you can also taste the varied menu of daily courses, the much sought after grilled cod fish or, in the winter Fridays, the traditional and rich Portuguese stew – Cozido a Portuguesa - made of different wild meats and home-made Portuguese smoked (or blood) sausages from the region of Coruche.
