The Stand Up Friend Paddle School wants to provide more than one Stand Up Paddle class, we want it to be an enriching experience of pure happiness. We have private classes, group classes, Birdwatching&SUP, Hiking&SUP, Bike&SUP, half and full days. Its so simple you call us and we go, or you meet us and SUP on the various beaches that we give classes come to lisbon,Setubal or tour around Portugal
