JP found himself in the picturesque Scottish Highlands and Rodrigo, while on his travels with the Queen of Pop, tasted the most incredible burritos. An explosive concept was about to be born.Back home, in an intense brainstorming session and just when everything seemed lost, a light appeared at the end of the tunnel - a blend of two philosophies was born and which originated the Wasabi Papi concept.A fusion between the flavours of Japan intertwined with the spirit of South America!
