YALLAH is a Middle Eastern Street Food concept that brings to Lisbon the food with which Chef Hagay Elle grew up. Our menu includes traditional Levantine cuisine dishes such as Hummus, Falafel, Pitas, Tabbouleh or Mallabieh, as well as some of signature creations like the Yallah Pita, made with a secret mix of meats and spices. YALLAH is an Arabic word used to ask someone to hurry up, something like "Come on!" or "Let’s go!". It’s a very popular expression that is heard on any street or market in the Middle East.
