B&B Casa Traca is a small and friendly B&B in the heart of central Portugal. You find us between Viseu and Coimbra. Coimbra with the oldest university library of Europe, is a very cosy city for a daytrip. Serra da Estrela, the highest point of Portugal with the Torre is nearby and also the rivers Alva and Mondego. Fraga da Pena & Piódão are easy to reach. Hiking, swimming, mountainbiking, motordriving, relaxing and enjoying are the keywords of a holiday at Casa Traca. In the winterperiod you can ski at the Torre. We have 4 royal rooms, each room has its own theme and specialty. So we have a romantic room for honeymoon and also a familyrooms for couples with children of a small friends group. We serve a great breakfast every morning and when you want a day of rest you can stay in our garden. There are 2 river beaches nearby, one at 500 metres and one at 3 kilometres. Also you find a lot terraces and restaurants in Arganil and cozy places nearby. Like Coja, Goís, Tabua and Secarias.
