You will need all your energy to surge on the waves of the Atlantic. But there is much more to explore, if you join us at ,,Liquid Mountains Surf Lodge and Guesthouse". We offer an accomodation in the countryside of Aljezur and a bunch of different activities. It is up to you, if you want to leave your everyday routine, in a yoga-session or if you are up to date fascial fitness training. If your muscles can last for another round of sports, you might join others at the beachvolleyball-field or you go for a stand up paddeling tour. If you are more into relaxing and sunbathing, our poolarea and the sunbeds might be the right adress for you. Super-relief is awaiting you, if you choose a massage. Our staff is happy to organise these kind of things for you. Participating at our regularly food-events, means going for a culinary trip. Either local food, bbq or sushi-plates we are always on the healthy side. We follow the philosophy of Sustainability and Fair Balance and we will be more than happy to welcome you, to our Surf Lodge. It is up to you, if you go for a shared room and bathroom or for more privacy with a double room and a private bathroom. At all events, our home is your far away home. Please let us also know early enough if you need a transfer. We'll come and pick you up from Lagos and Aljezur! BY PLANE: The two closest airports are Faro (108 km) and Lisbon (244 km). Pickup from airport Faro is possible, costs 1-3 persons (105 €) , 4-8 persons (130 €). BY BUS AND TRAIN FROM FARO: The easiest option is to take the bus (approx. €1,50 / cab (approx. €9)) from the airport in Faro in order to get to the train station. From there trains run hourly to Lagos (ca. 1,5h / €6) or as an alternative you can also take the bus (approx. 2h / €5). We'll come and pick you up from Lagos! FROM LISBON: From Lisbon we recommend you to catch a bus (approx. 3h / €17) in order to get to Aljezur conveniently. We'll pick you up from Aljezur! BY CAR FROM FARO: From the airport don't head direction Faro but take the highway in direction of Albufeira / Portimão / Lagos. At Bensafrim leave the highway and follow the signs to Aljezur. FROM LISBON: On the A2 always towards the south. At the exit IP8/Sines continue for approx. 20km on the IC33, then take the exit to the N120 in direction of Santiago do Cacém. From there continue via Odemira and Odeceixe till you get to Aljezur. FROM ALJEZUR: Coming from Faro you need to turn direction Vale da Telha briefly before Aljezur, if you're coming from Lisbon turn the same way at the crossing shortly after Aljezur. After a short and steep rising take the left in direction of Vales. Follow the road through Vales and keep on the right at the next turnoff. Go past Hotel Vale de Telha and take the second exit on the right at the big roundabout with the restaurants. After about 500m there is a junction, directly on the left hand side is your destination!
