O Biscaia is a petiscaria situated in the historic centre of Tomar, in one of the most beautiful streets of the city. We highlight the delicious roast pork leg sandwich with buttered cured sheep cheese (Bisconde), with bacon (Biscate) and with egg (Bisgode). Another speciality are the Biscoitos do Biscaia, which are made daily and leave a pleasant cinnamon smell in the air.
