With over 70 thousand hectares the Parque Natural de Sudoeste Alentajeno and the Costa Vincentina are one of the biggest nature conservation areas in Portugal. The West coast of the Algarve starts its 60 kilometer's at Cabo de Sao Vicente, the most south-eastern point in Europe, to the Alentejo with impressive rock formations at the cliff line taking turns with gorgeous private bays and lovely sand beaches. The places and beaches in the South-Algarve and the Monchique mountains in the North are easy to reach by car. (We recommend you to rent a car - we'll be glad to assist). So at breakfast you can plan your daily activities at ease, regardless if you want to start your trip to the north, west, south or east direction....No matter, if you want to swim, surf, hike or just to spend some time in one of the local portuguese coffee bars. Your stay will be rich in impressions and activities. Within 15-20 minutes you will reach the well known city Lagos. Enjoy the awesome Marina with lots of yachts, stroll along the promenade and discover one of the most historic cities at the Algarve.
