Doçaria do Sul is a grocery store with agri-food products from the Algarve selected for their history or because they are identitary of this area. The main focus is the Algarve's sweet gastronomy. It works on the storytelling of the product, especially the stories about the local food and the production methods as a factor of identity and cultural and endogenous differentiation. The consumer thus obtains an identified product that respects territorial dynamics and conveys a message of territorial respect. Its positioning is the commercialisation of products with high value and identity recognition, such as regional Algarve sweets (doce fino, dom rodrigos, morgados de figo).
