The heart of the Vila Joya is it’s terrace and as such is the hub and focal point for all culinary delights. At lunch- and dinnertime, this terrace is transformed into the two Michelin star Restaurant Vila Joya. Chef Dieter Koschina has been working at Vila Joya for 30 years and is holding two Michelin stars since 1999 - something truly exceptional for a restaurant, that offers a daily changing menu to its guests.
