BLIND is a MICHELIN Star tribute to José Saramago's work, Blindness, and an invitation to a journey that doesn't end at the palate. At our BLIND, you can enjoy the "BLIND Emotions" menu, an experience of 10 or 12 moments, both of which can be accompanied by BLIND wine pairings. Your senses will be put to the test in a game of unique sensations experienced in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. The bar, which occupies the centre of the space and is open from 11.30 am to 11 pm, is the perfect host for signature cocktails or our Cigar Menu, serving as an antechamber to the terrace by the pool.
