Cisma

About

Previously linked to the construction industry, we wanted to change our lives and move forward with a two-fold project linked to the pleasures at the table. Cisma is meant to be an extension of our dining room and the pleasure we have in receiving. The end date of the works could not fail. It was here that in September 2018, we married and signed the double commitment, personal and professional, to our friends and family. On this path we meet the chef Pedro Gonçalves who passed through several countries until he reached us. Germany, England, holland and Portugal, of course. He joined our family and it's already his project. Young and promising chef of a kindness and passion that feel in their dishes. Because it is impossible to explain in a paragraph how a insistent belief (CISMA) of three people can join us all here, we hope that a visit to CISMA will do that for us.
