"EM CARNE VIVA" is a unique and innovative space. It's a VEGAN Eco-Restaurant with table and wine service inspiring on Portuguese tradition with a modern twist. With capacity for 30 seats over two interior rooms, with a seasonal increase of 20 seats in the elegant terrace "lounge" installed in a romantic garden. Space recycled and environmentally friendly, ecological tableware (plates, glasses, etc.), Furniture, decoration and lighting and some building materials 100% recycled. The tables and chairs were constructed from wood that was taken from the old house itself. The kitchen are equipped with the most advanced technology, optimized to reduce energy resources and less CO2 emissions. The energy will come from renewable energy sources and by 33 photovoltaic panels, either by four solar panels for heating of water. It made ​​the collection and storage of rainwater for toilet flushing system.
