Angélica Salvador, the young chef of Brazilian origin, gives her personal vision of traditional Portuguese and international cuisine with very elaborate and beautifully presented dishes. She seeks to offer a differentiated and personal proposal, with author's details, making the most of both the wonderful fish that arrive from the fish markets near Matosinhos or Aveiro and the fantastic meats of the region.
