Open since 1997 and located in the Herdade do Esporão estate, our restaurant opens up to the outdoors, close to the origin of all our products – nature. With a terrace and view overlooking the vineyards, the space’s décor and architecture feature local materials that give precedence to authenticity and the comfort of those who visit us. The cuisine offers a modern interpretation and preparation, centred around the product – ‘Alentejano’, Portuguese, seasonal. The ingredients are grown in our organic vegetable gardens or come to us from local and national producers we work with all year round. We respect the product throughout its entire cycle, maximising it to the fullest. Our kitchen is sustainable and zero waste. The Michelin Guide recently recognised us with a Michelin Star and Michelin Green Star.
