Black Pig Alentejo is a project that has an artesanal Distillery that produces three diferent types of beverages done in a traditional still respecting the traditions of Alentejo. It produces the Black Pig Gin brand, one of the most awarded gins in 2019, a fruit spirit made of Medronho(Wild Berry) and a Spiced Rum. All made with botanicals from it's own farm and the specific ecosystem, The Montado
