The Hotel Turismo de Abrantes, located in the city centre and with a breath-taking view over the Tejo river valley, opened to the public in 1954 at the time one of the most well known in the country being that the hotel was considered one of the most modern, comfortable and well situated in the region. After the recent and profound renovation, that brought an high level of comfort, with services directed to the corporate and leisure markets, the LUNA Hotel officially reopened with a new identity : LUNA Hotel Turismo. The panoramic view over the river valley and over the city extends from every corner of the hotel. Under the boutique concept the Luna Hotel Turismo adds the classic concept to the modern technologies and comfort where the wonderful Portuguese cuisine joins an international influence. The boutique hotel has 44 rooms among suites, double or single rooms and facilities such as an outdoor swimmingpool, one restaurante, one bar and two meeting rooms.
