Tresminas has one of the biggest and well preserved ancient gold mines of Iberian Peninsula; from this place, Romans took 20tons of pure gold during 250 years of mining activity. Nowadays, you can visit the mining spaces, including the subterranean ones, with guide, and observe how natural elements occupied, during seventeen centuries, this ancient gold mine.
