Travel back in time. The Douro Historic Train runs between June and October. Traveling on the Douro Historic Train is like taking a trip back in time, in a railway that goes side by side with the Douro river. The steam locomotive and the five historic passenger coaches runs from Régua to Tua, in a unique journey into the past, marked by the beauty of the landscape classified as World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
