PizzaPazza Brasov was born in 2002, was one of the first pizzerias in Brasov and the first Pizzeria that brought Pizza made in traditional Italian way. The idea came to the Italian owner who wanted to bring the taste of pizza from his hometown. Our secret: simplicity and love for tradition and innovation, we look for aromas from Italy's past. Mixing high quality flour, we use a unique formula of special flour that makes our dough more crisp and tasty. Our dough is more delicate and more digestible due to slow dosing and maximum hydration.
