The idea of Boutique du pain came from a real need: reconnecting with nature in the middle of the urban jungle. The simplest ingredients, fresh and natural, remind us that we don't need much in order to be happy. Just one step through the door and you feel like you're in a different world, one where you are surrounded with peace and harmony. Our idea of a happy moment is taking a break from the everyday stress and routine and enjoying the simple things again, together with the people that you care for. Share with them delicious and healthy food and get closer with every bite. We know that a meal that really feeds you has to be like a ritual and eating with someone is an opportunity to get to know each other, to communicate and become friends. Nowadays people are in a rush even when they eat, so they miss the pleasure of it. There where times when food was a celebration itself and only when you slow down and really taste every bit of your meal, the ingredients can give you all their health and good properties.
