Prime Steakhouse has reopened its doors to connoisseurs with a meticulously crafted concept centered around a vision that our team, led by Chef Andrei Adlah, has dubbed "touched by the ember". This ambitious concept aims to create a completely new Steakhouse experience for gastronomy enthusiasts, ingeniously blending the old with the new, meticulously reconstructing classic 'à la carte' recipes with modern avant-garde ones, from appetizers to desserts, using exclusively the glowing coals of the Josper and a smoker. Our kitchen's motto is: "If it ain't touched by the hellish charcoals, it ain't cooked by us."
