@ il Caffe we proud ourselves for being the first family-owned coffee roastery in Transylvania - established in 1995 - and the only family-based coffee business in its second generation. We nurture the belief that good coffee has its origin in the quality of the green coffee, in the roasters, one uses but most of all in the experience one has in roasting different roast profiles and different coffees. Our experience spans over 27 years of roasting. Our coffee shop is called "The old roastery" as we have been roasting coffee here for 23 years. We tried to use in the design all of the things that made us who we are. That is why the old roaster is still in the coffee shop and the old coffee cooling tray is a table for two functioning coffee machines that people can come in and use. It`s a place where you taste your coffee before buying it for home using the same extraction method as you would at home.
