Hi, I'm Maria Minciună, a Chef initiated in gastronomic traditions from southern Moldova (Cahul Region). I invite you to our culinary workshop in the village of Slobozia Mare, where you can taste jams and liqueurs produced according to home recipes. You will see that the jams made from pepper, orange with fig or acacia are seriously competing with each other.
